     PV Rentals is a Houston-based rental company. We started operations in 1983 with a handful of vehicles. Today we operate a fleet of over 900 vehicles, from three Houston rental locations, seven days a week, including a retail sales office. While we do offer cars for rent, our main emphasis is on providing a wide variety of vans and trucks to our customers. As a commitment to taking care of the needs of our customers, we have recently expanded rental operations to include long-term leasing of new and used vehicles. With this addition to our company, our customers are assured that any vehicle need of theirs can be taken care of by PV Rentals!

Rental Sales Agents/Reservation Sales Agents:

Responsibilities:

  • Rentals Sales Agents - Providing customer service assistance in the rental and check-in of vehicles to customers, various administrative duties, and sales functions.
     
  • Reservation Sales Agents - Providing customer service assistance to callers requesting rental and reservation information, making outbound prospecting calls, and various administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Rental Sales Agents - Preferred 1-3 years experience in a related service industry (i.e. hotel, restaurant, airline, retail,) college work experience will be considered.
     
  • Reservation Sales Agents - Preferred 1-3 years experience in an related service industry inbound call center.
     
  • The willingness to work weekend and holiday schedules. Flexibility is a must.
     
  • Preferred a minimum of 60 completed college credit hours.
     
  • Computer literate. Prefer experience in a Windows environment.
     
  • A cheerful disposition for both customer and employee interaction is a must.
